Terms of engagement

These terms apply when you commission measurement from Mirrorstreampoint, operating from Level 6, 51 Melikishvili Street, Batumi 6000. By sending a brief, paying a deposit, or sitting a readout, you accept them.

The work

We provide commissioned media audience studies, campaign readouts, programme maps, and mix reviews as described on this site. We do not sell software access, airtime, or advertising. A written estimate and a locked sample description form the scope. Work outside that scope is a new brief.

Acceptance

A contract exists when we confirm the estimate in writing and the deposit specified on the estimate is received. Until then, correspondence is preparatory.

Intellectual property

Field instruments, weighting notes, and the visual plates remain Mirrorstreampoint’s method. The bound report and the plates delivered for the named study week are licensed to the commissioning client for internal editorial, sales, and advertising decisions. They may not be resold, republished as a syndicated rating, or presented as a national figure if the sample was local. We may keep anonymised method examples for teaching inside the room; we will not publish a client’s titles without consent.

Confidentiality

Titles, clocks, and unpublished booking grids you share stay in the room. We will not use them to pitch a competitor. Interviewers see only what the instrument requires.

Liability

Measurement describes a sample in a named week. It is not a guarantee of future audiences or of advertising results. Our liability for a study is limited to the fees paid for that study, except where Georgian law does not allow such a limit. We are not liable for decisions a sales house or newsroom takes after the readout.

Client materials

As-broadcast logs, booking orders, and programme names must be accurate. If they are not, the maps will say so rather than invent hours.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. Courts of Georgia have jurisdiction over disputes that cannot be settled by correspondence with the Batumi desk.
