How we handle personal information

Mirrorstreampoint is the controller for personal information collected through this site and through commissioned fieldwork. The practice is based at Level 6, 51 Melikishvili Street, Batumi 6000. Email hello@mirrorstreampoint.digital. Telephone +995 422 555 750.

What we collect

From a brief: name, email, optional study type, optional timing, and the message you send. From a visit to this site: the technical records our host may keep, and — if you accept cookies — a small consent record as described on the cookie page. From fieldwork: diary and interview answers needed to weight and draw an audience. Households are invited; they may refuse.

Why we keep it

Briefs are kept so we can answer and, if commissioned, deliver the study. Field answers are kept to produce the report you paid for and to defend the method if a later reader questions a cell. We do not sell lists.

Retention

Unsuccessful briefs are kept up to twelve months. Commissioned study files are kept for five years unless a longer legal hold applies. Field instruments that can identify a household are separated from published plates as soon as weighting is finished.

Rights

Depending on applicable Georgian and, where relevant, European rules, you may ask to see, correct, or delete information we hold about you, or to restrict how it is used. Field respondents should contact the interviewer coordinator named on their information sheet, or this desk. We will say if an exception applies (for example, a record we must keep to show how a sample was built).

International transfers

Some email or hosting providers may store copies outside Georgia. We use them only to run the site and correspondence. Field data stays under our instruction. If a client outside Georgia receives a report, that report is their copy of commissioned work, not a public transfer of respondent files.

Children

We do not seek briefs from children. Household diaries that include viewing by minors are collected from an adult respondent and used only in aggregate cells.

Changes

If this note changes, the page will show the new text. Material changes to fieldwork handling are also described in the information sheet given to respondents.
