How a study is priced
Fees follow sample, towns, titles, and whether a readout sits in the room. Nothing here is a checkout. A written estimate always follows the brief.
Prices are starting points for work delivered from Batumi to clients in Georgia. A courtyard sample in two Adjara towns is not priced like a multi-city diary. Field interviewer days, translation of the instrument, and travel inside the coverage area sit inside the quote rather than appearing as surprises after the first table.
We do not offer monthly access, annual seats, or a cheaper “starter” study that quietly omits weighting. If a budget only covers a campaign readout, that is the study we will do. Stretching a readout into a national claim is refused.
A deposit of forty percent is due when the sample is locked. The remainder is due on delivery of the bound report. Fees and returns describe what happens if a brief is cancelled after interviewers have left.
| Study | Usually starts from | What moves the fee |
|---|---|---|
| Campaign audience readout | From 4,800 GEL | Number of media, booked towns, and whether outdoor passage must be counted |
| Advertiser media mix review | From 6,400 GEL | How many media are already on the plan and whether diaries already exist from a sister study |
| Programme and schedule mapping | From 7,200 GEL | One clock or a sibling pair, length of the study week, language versions |
| Commissioned audience study | From 14,500 GEL | Sample size, geography, number of titles, and in-room versus paper-only readout |
| Extra visualization boards | From 1,800 GEL | Additional plates after the main set, or a second language on the maps |
